Forty Five Deli Bar & Grill


Forty Five Deli Bar & Grill was formerly a fine dining restaurant with adjoining reception room. Bluecrow were approached to assist in carrying out major changes which involved business re-branding, restaurant design, shopfitting and overall project management, in close collaboration with the owner.

The brief was to change the restaurant concept from fine dining to Brasserie and bar in order to provide an all-day menu, which would include breakfast. The adjoining reception room was converted into a delicatessen to replace one owned by the client over the road.

After completion of the new Brasserie and Delicatessen the former Deli site underwent a conversion and re-branding to ‘The Larder’ to provide an outlet for the owner's hand-made frozen ready meals business.

Rosita Restaurant & Bar

Bluecrow Projects were approached by the owners Antonio and Christina to create Rosita - a restaurant and bar specialising in sherry & tapas on the Northcote Road in Battersea. Their sister restaurant is the successful Lola Roja just a little further down Northcote Road.

The interior of the restaurant is authentic and contemporary with artwork commissioned by Spanish artist Marc Jesus who lives in Menorca.

Bill Granger opens first London restaurant



Bill Granger opened his first restaurant, bills, in Sydney Australia at the age of 22and now has three restaurants in Sydney and three in Japan. Bill's first London restaurant is opening in November 2011. Bill has written numerous cookbooks, is a regular contributor to gourmet magazines and has three popular television series, including Bill's Tasty Weekends, which have been viewed in 30 countries.

Bluecrow have been chosen as restaurant shopfitters and wish Bill and his team every success with their first British venture.

Party Fiesta open first UK store.

As nominated shopfitting contractors for the new Westfield shopping centre at the Olympic Park Stratford, London Bluecrow has just completed work on a retail outlet for Spanish company Party Fiesta S. A.

With party products for every event and generation, Party Fiesta S. A. has grown rapidly since the opening of their first store in Barcelona in 1994. They now have more than 60 stores across Spain, Portugal, France and Panama.

The 240m2 store at the new Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford will be their first store in the UK and Bluecrow are delighted to be working with such a successful European brand leader.
