Work starts on Monday at Napket
in Vigo St, Piccadilly. Extensive alterations are
being carried out to the kitchen and front
of house areas. The existing basement is to be
upgraded with additional work space
and equipment to create a fully functional
kitchen. The front of house is to receive a major refit
to improve the flow of customers through
the retail areas.

Bluecrow are handling all aspects of the
project from the initial client brief through to
handover.

Point of no return at Sardo Cucina in London as temporary steel columns are installed to support the residential flats above. While Bluecrow were carrying out extensive refurbishment work to the building it was discovered that the existing timber structure had deteriorated to such an extent that it was no longer strong enough to support the proposed new Italian delicatessen and the accommodation above.

Structural steel engineers have now designed additional steelwork to rectify the problem which Bluecrow are currently installing in the basement.

Due to the care and attention by all concerned minimum disturbance has been caused to the surrounding neighbours with only a slight extension to the original project programme.
