Forty Five Deli Bar & Grill
Forty Five Deli Bar & Grill was formerly a fine dining restaurant with adjoining reception room. Bluecrow were approached to assist in carrying out major changes which involved business re-branding, restaurant design, shopfitting and overall project management, in close collaboration with the owner.
The brief was to change the restaurant concept from fine dining to Brasserie and bar in order to provide an all-day menu, which would include breakfast. The adjoining reception room was converted into a delicatessen to replace one owned by the client over the road.
After completion of the new Brasserie and Delicatessen the former Deli site underwent a conversion and re-branding to ‘The Larder’ to provide an outlet for the owner's hand-made frozen ready meals business.

Restaurant Project Management
The primary objectives when considering a new project are timescale, quality and cost. Projects need to be controlled to meet their objectives and Project Management focuses on control to achieve the desired results.
Restaurant Project Management is no different. All the work that has to be done to achieve the timescale, quality and cost objectives defines the scope of works, which can be particularly demanding given the complex nature of Restaurant Design and Build. It is the Project Manager’s responsibility to ensure the project delivers the desired objectives within this complex and fast track environment.
The team at Bluecrow Projects has years of Project Management experience working in complex and demanding environments. As owner managers we understand the needs of investors to maximise the return on their restaurant project.

Restaurant Design and Build
Bluecrow Projects have an excellent track record in the project management of restaurant design and build contracts. This is in part due to the award winning restaurant designers we work with, our restaurant fit out capabilities and the long standing relationships we have with contract catering equipment suppliers and associated key support services.
The restaurant design and build method of procurement provides the best quality and value for our clients as it gives an opportunity to develop design concepts in conjunction with project budgets from the outset, which makes our service extremely cost effective.
If you are considering a new restaurant project and would like more information or advise then please contact us.

Point of no return at Sardo Cucina in London as temporary steel columns are installed to support the residential flats above. While Bluecrow were carrying out extensive refurbishment work to the building it was discovered that the existing timber structure had deteriorated to such an extent that it was no longer strong enough to support the proposed new Italian delicatessen and the accommodation above.
Structural steel engineers have now designed additional steelwork to rectify the problem which Bluecrow are currently installing in the basement.
Due to the care and attention by all concerned minimum disturbance has been caused to the surrounding neighbours with only a slight extension to the original project programme.
